first one!

So, we decided that people might like to learn a bit more about us, our restaurant and what we are doing, so we created a blog.  Both Craig and Liz will be contributing randomly when the urge hits us, when we have a funny, sad or frustrating story, or when we just want to vent.  Please enjoy :)
